The agreement ensures that IBM partners and IBM sellers can continue selling and delivering the Cloutility software platform from Auwau to clients via IBM part numbers.

Cloutility sits on top of IBM Storage Defender (formerly IBM Spectrum Protect) and is used by IBM clients across the world. Cloutility extends IBM Storage Defender with multi-tenant reporting, billing automation, end-user self-service and much more.
